How much does an AI receptionist cost?
At Master AI Labs, Eve Messages, the AI receptionist we set up on your business line to answer calls and take messages, costs $149 a month plus a one-time $299 setup, with 300 minutes of calls included each month. Eve Booking ($249 a month plus $499 setup, 600 minutes) and Eve Custom (from $399 a month plus from $1,500 setup, 1,000 minutes) start December 1, 2026. Extra minutes are prepaid in packs of 100, and if you buy a website from us, or already have one with us, there is no setup fee for Eve Messages or Eve Booking.

We build custom work after you approve the written quote and pay. Your quote gives the date it will be ready.
Example: a plumber buys a one-page website from us ($500 to $1,000, one time) and Eve Messages. Eve is $149 a month, paid in advance, and there is no $299 setup fee. In a busy month with 340 minutes of calls, 40 minutes come out of a prepaid pack of 100 minutes ($25), and the other 60 carry over to the next month.

Pay first, then we set it up
Pay by Bill.com invoice or crypto. We write Eve’s answers in English and Spanish, connect your phone and test her with real calls. We aim to have Eve Messages live within 3 business days of having your answers and payment; your quote gives the date.

What each plan includes
Eve Messages: what Eve does on every call
$149 a month + $299 setup. 300 minutes a month, then 25¢ a minute, prepaid in packs of 100. Available now.
- Answers in English or Spanish, and tells every caller first that she is an AI assistant and that she takes notes.
- Answers common questions from facts you approve: what you do, where you work, your hours.
- Takes the caller’s name, best number, what they need and the best time to call back, plus an email if they want to give one, spelled back letter by letter. Then she reads it all back.
- Doesn’t quote prices or make promises you haven’t approved. If someone may be in danger, she tells them to hang up and dial 911.
- Knows your business hours, and tells callers after hours that you’re closed and that the team will get their message.
- Calls where nobody says anything don’t become messages or use your minutes, and we can block numbers you name.
- Never records a call, and keeps no transcript after it: only the caller’s details and a short summary.
Eve Messages: what you get from us
- Each message by email right after the call, to up to six addresses.
- Keep your number: it rings you first, and calls you don’t pick up go to Eve. Or all your calls can go straight to Eve, or she gets a new local number.
- We write her answers with you in English and Spanish, and test her with real calls before your callers reach her.
- One small change to her answers each month, and a monthly report of your calls and minutes.
Eve Booking
$249 a month + $499 setup. 600 minutes a month, then 22¢ a minute, prepaid in packs of 100. Available from December 1, 2026. Everything in Eve Messages, plus:
- Offers open times from the time slots you set aside for her, and books the one the caller picks.
- Reads the day and time back to the caller before she books it.
- Emails you each booking, and gives you a private calendar link so her bookings show in your own calendar app.
- If none of the times work, she takes a message with the time the caller wants.
Eve Custom
From $399 a month + from $1,500 setup. 1,000 minutes a month, then 20¢ a minute, prepaid in packs of 100. Available from December 1, 2026; ask for a written quote now. Everything in Eve Booking, plus:
- A call flow written for your business: the questions she asks and what she does with the answers, such as service requests or estimate requests.
- Any custom work from the menu, quoted in writing first.
The rules for every plan
You pay first
Setup and the first month are paid before Eve goes live, by Bill.com invoice or crypto. Each month after that is billed in advance.
A set number of minutes
The minutes included in your plan start fresh each month. Minutes from a prepaid pack carry over until you use them.
If your minutes run out
Eve still answers and takes a short message, so no caller is left hanging, until you add a pack.
Changes
One small change to her answers each month is included. More changes are $125 an hour, quoted first.
To stop
Give us 30 days’ notice. Your plan ends at the end of a paid month, and a paid month isn’t refunded.
A website from us
If you buy a website from us, or already have one with us, there is no setup fee for Eve Messages or Eve Booking. Eve Custom setup is quoted.
Not for health care
Eve isn’t for medical, dental or other health care offices. Patient information needs privacy contracts we can’t offer yet.

How we got these numbers
These are our own prices: what Master AI Labs charges to set up Eve on your line, keep her answers current and pay for the calls she handles. They are not national averages or other companies’ numbers.
Every plan has a set number of minutes, so your monthly price stays the same. When our prices change, we change this page and its date.
Questions about AI receptionist prices

What does Eve say when she answers?
She greets callers with your business name, tells them first that she is your AI assistant and that she takes notes on the call, and then asks how she can help.
Can I keep my business phone number?
Yes. With call forwarding, your phone rings first and the calls you don’t pick up go to Eve, or every call goes to her. Most phone companies offer it, and we walk you through it. You can also get a new local number.
How many calls do 300 minutes cover?
About 100 three-minute calls. Each call counts in whole minutes, rounded up.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
Eve still answers and takes a short message until you add minutes. Extra minutes are prepaid in packs of 100: 25¢ a minute on Eve Messages, 22¢ on Eve Booking and 20¢ on Eve Custom.
Do unused minutes carry over?
The minutes included in your plan start fresh each month. Minutes from a prepaid pack carry over until you use them.
Does Eve record calls?
No. Calls are not recorded, and no transcript is kept after the call. You get the caller’s details and a short summary by email.
Can Eve transfer a call to me?
Not in the plans. Sending urgent calls to your cell phone is custom work, $300 to $750 one time, and the transferred time uses your minutes.
Can Eve send text messages?
Texts are custom work: $250 to $500 one time plus $29 a month, plus the phone carriers’ sign-up fee for business texting, at cost. The carriers approve each business’s texting first, which can take several business days.
Does Eve work with my calendar?
Eve Booking, from December 1, 2026, books into time slots you set aside on our booking calendar, and a private link shows her bookings in your own calendar app. Booking straight into your own Google or Outlook calendar is custom work, $500 to $1,500.
Is Eve for doctors’ or dentists’ offices?
No. Eve isn’t for medical, dental or other health care offices, because patient information needs privacy contracts we can’t offer yet.
How do I pay?
You pay first, by Bill.com invoice or crypto: the setup and first month before Eve goes live, then each month in advance. Extra minutes are paid before you use them.
Is there a setup fee if I also buy a website?
No. If you buy a website from us, or already have one with us, there is no setup fee for Eve Messages or Eve Booking.
Can I set it up myself instead?
Yes. Atlas Web, our AI website builder, has a do-it-yourself Eve from $49 a month. You set her up yourself; with our plans, we write, test and update her answers for you.
What if a caller has an emergency?
Eve isn’t an emergency line. If someone may be in danger, she tells them to hang up and dial 911.
