Who we are

Master AI Labs is a small technology business in Palm Bay, Florida, United States. You can reach us at support@masterailabs.com.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, what you need, your message, and your confirmation that we may contact you about it.

Basic technical logs. Like every website, our server records the IP address, time, pages requested and browser type of each visit. We keep these only to keep the site working and to protect it from abuse.

What we do not do. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies. We do not profile you and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and prepare a quote.
• To do the work you ask us to do and to keep records of that work.
• To protect the website and form from spam and attacks.

Who sees it

The owner of Master AI Labs. Two kinds of providers also handle data on our behalf: the email provider that delivers messages between us, and the hosting provider that runs this website. They work for us under their own privacy and security terms and may not use your information for anything else. We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages and quotes: for as long as we need them to deal with your request or, if you become a customer, for as long as we work together and for the period our tax and accounting obligations require. Technical logs: about 30 days.

Your choices

Email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do so unless we must keep it for a legal or accounting reason, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to messages is limited to the owner, and we follow sensible security practices. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we will be honest with you if something goes wrong.

If we link to another website, its privacy practices are its own. Read its policy before giving it your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
