We don’t treat mold. Treating mold over 10 square feet takes a state license, so we leave it to the companies that hold one.

Cleaning for a business? Read this.
- Cleaning offices, stores and other business buildings is taxable in Florida. Cleaning homes is not.
- On business cleaning, state sales tax plus any county surtax is added to the price.
- When one job has taxable and non-taxable parts, we list the charges separately.
